Lisa has over 30 years of consulting, direct industry and Big-4 experience in finance & accounting, financial operations effectiveness, and business process improvement. Her clients and leadership finance roles span a broad spectrum of industries, including Healthcare, Medical Device, Technology, Consumer Products and Professional Services. Most recently, Lisa has been supporting companies with technical accounting and financial reporting, IPO readiness and filings, and due diligence on carve out acquisitions and financings.
Lisa’s initial career started with 17 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, achieving partner in 11 years. As one of the initial team members of the PwC Middle Market Advisory services, Lisa provided auditing and consulting to companies, including early-stage start-ups which were seeking consecutive rounds of financing and going public, private and public middle market clients.
Over the last 13 years, Lisa has been in private industry holding CFO/SVP roles, working with early-stage companies to guide all aspects of their finance function, including establishing accounting systems and processes to ensure the effectiveness of their organization’s controls, creating relevant metrics and associated analyses to provide more strategically valuable information to management.
Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant and in process of completing her Chartered Member Accountant (expected completion September 2021) and began her career with Coopers & Lybrand, now PricewaterhouseCoopers,. Lisa graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with a degree in Accounting and Finance.
